Pyramid offers a simple Europe-wide on-site service model for all server systems and workstations ordered in the Webshop. The Pyramid Service Europe includes of course the extensive benefits of the Pyramid Standard Service (36 months warranty and lifetime hotline and email support). The cost for on-site service, depends on the systems base price and is valid for all EU countries plus Switzerland. The 36 months EU on-site service next business day for entry server systems and box systems starts from only € 99

• All services of the Pyramid Standard Service (36 month warranty, hotline and email support)
• Technician on site the next business day, when fault is reported between 8.00 am and 3.00 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Restoration of the factory default (including installation of operating system and hardware drivers)
