Through our Global Service Partner Network we are able to support flexibly and reliably your IT projects all over the world. Our standard on site service packet consists mainly of defect analysis, repair and exchange of defective components as well as installation of the delivered operation system.

For a number of Pyramid computer systems in our online shop is now worldwide on site service available. We offer two standard service levels: „Next Business Day“ and „4 h Same Business Day”. That would imply an onsite service by a professional service engineer on the next business day or within 4 hours on the same business day.

By request we can also provide you with an individual quote for services on a project basis. That could be on site services which exceed our standard scope of services – for instance installations, rollouts and changes to device configurations or assembly. An agreement upon a contract period other than those of 36 months could also be reached. Please feel free to contact us!
