Dear potential partner,

Pyramid Computer is a 95 people PC and server manufacturer, headquartered in Freiburg, Germany. We are providing PC-based OEM-solutions. Our annual turnover is approx. 27 million US Dollars. Our customers are well-known companies within the industry, such as Siemens, Motorola and Carl Zeiss, operating in the area of automation and medical technology. Our OEM clients are seeking to offer the products we manufacture more expansively on an international level. As an OEM-manufacturer, our job is to provide repair and installation services as well as roll-out support in all the countries in which our clients are operating. That is why we are intending to extend our service possibilities to your country and would thus like to make you the following partnership proposal.

These are our general conditions and basic concept:
 

  • You are invited to apply to be a Pyramid partner by completing our web form (see below) and answering several questions about your company, your logistical and technical capabilities. It is particularly important to us that you provide an indication of the geographical area you would be able to cover for us. When completing our web form, you would also give details of your price policy and other conditions concerning your services.
  • After approval we send you a draft partner contract with all details, how we pay your services and how travel and other expenses are handled.
  • We would keep you informed of the number and type of PC and servers installed in your area, and supply you, if necessary, with spare parts.
  • In the event of a System failure needing assistance in your area, we would inform you of the details and ask you for the field service.
  • After completion of the service call you would send us an invoice including all additional expenses, according to agreement, and we pay the invoice.
  • You would return the possibly defective components to us and, if necessary, receive new ones for future services.
  • Furthermore you offer us roll-out and installation services according to the individually arranged conditions.
