Front IO

For many applications, especially networking and ICT, it is useful if the connections of the server are accessible from the front. This facilitates the reconfiguration of the wiring and the review of the link status.

Pyramid offers a wide range of platforms of different requirements. Front I / O systems can be found easily on our ServerFinder with the option "Front IO".

The Pyramid VarioFlex chassis family provides even up to 56 x 1 GbE ports on the front panel as well as various special network cards from our OEM Partners Silicom. Using a special release tool the modules can be exchanged in the field e.g. for service reasons, to replace cards or even can be sold separately as upgrade kit for server appliances.

Like all Pyramid solutions these systems can also be refined with your corporate design and as turnkey ready solution.
