The Pyramid production and logistics center in Erfurt is positioned in a strategic location in Europe. The proximity to the European DHL hub at Leipzig / Halle allows fast low-cost delivery throughout Europe.
More than hardware and software
In Erfurt, approximately 50 employees take care of the smooth processing of customer orders from production to delivery. In 2011 two seperate lines for individual and batch production were introduced with a maximum production capacity of 300 systems per day. The installation section can handle up to 250 systems at the same time.
Quality
Regular staff training and a 100% quality assurance guarantee that only technically and optically perfect products leave our factory. If desired, systems can be tested 24 hours in our climatic chamber. Up to 64 servers and PCs are simultaneously subjected to an artificial aging of a fortnight. With 2 test cycles and temperatures up to 50 ° C at 90% humidity the typical failures shortly after installation can be reduced to a minimum. The production and logistics center in Erfurt-Ichtershausen is certified to ISO 9001 and regularly audited regularly by industrial customers.
Space
Our huge warehouse ensures quick delivery of production materials and finished goods. With a production and storage area of about 3000 m² there is plenty of space for further expansion.
Logistics
Pyramid also offers customized logistics solutions such as just-in-time delivery, CTO (Configure to Order) or customer specific web portals for call-off orders. There is also the possibility to configure systems "remote" prior to delivery and send the to the end customer by drop-shipment. With the "no-touch business" Pyramid customers are able to reduce the physical contact with the hardware to a minimum.
